Welcome to the Contros Support Area. Here you will find many answers to your questions, view the latest User Guide online and if you don't find the information you are looking for - post it on the website for others to see.
We are here to answer any Contros questions you have! To help us assist you faster, follow these simple steps below. Step 1: Visit our new Online User Guide. We are expanding our User Guide and offering more information than the print version. Soon we will be adding keyword search, expanded tips and tricks and much more. Step 2: Use our Submit a Question form. Some of you send an email directly to one of our representatives with your question. We love hearing from you, however if your inbox is like ours - there may be a chance your question gets buried under 100's of other emails. To make sure your question gets addressed quickly, bookmark this quick and easy form and our support team will respond as quickly as possible. Step 3: Call Our Office and say "I Need Contros Support!" You can call during regular business hours from 8am-5pm (central) toll free at 866-457-7457 or 417-206-7457.
